Paella

The method for our Paellas comes straight from the kitchen of my Abuela in Almeria. Paella rice is infused with the hearty Mediterranean flavours of olive oil, garlic, onion, peppers and seasoned with a fine balance of Spanish Saffron and Paprika. The paella can be served to plates directly from the pan or, for a small charge of 50p per person, we can decant it into smaller paella pans and your guests can have it in the centre of their tables alongside any side orders.

We can cater for up to three types of Paella of a possible four choices in one sitting for a minimum order of 50 servings. (If we are cooking outdoors, this is subject to a minimum of 10 servings of any single variety). Within each paella there is flexibility to include your favourite ingredients.

Discounts are applied if your total number of servings exceed 65, and again if they exceed 100 servings. Prices are based on using seasonal and available ingredients. We can use unusual or out-of-season ingredients subject to suitability and availability, and there may be additional cost which we can quote for.

The Vege Paella is both vegan and gluten-free as standard. We can make any Paella gluten-free if required. As with all our dishes, please ask for dietary or allergen advice.

If you are having the Paella cooked outdoors, we can supply biodegradable plates, wooden sporks and paper napkins at the cooking tent free of charge if required.

Canapés

Delightful finger food using a mix of traditional and modern rustic Spanish and other Mediterranean flavours designed to be offered around on paella pans for trays. We list them as Pinchos (tiny tapas on baguette bases) and Banderillos (tiny tapas on sticks) or just as they come. They are very popular and we are constantly discovering new combinations as we often work with couples to include their favourite foods or dietary requirements. Some examples:

For starters where guests are dining at tables, our most popular offering is the Spanish Antipasti Sharing Boards. Our tailored selection of cured meats, cheeses, olives, artisanal breads and accompaniments are also perfect for a lavish lunchtime or evening buffet spreads.

Wedding Cheese Cake Feasts

If you aren't that into cake but you LOVE cheese, and you are looking for an elegant and decadent option for your evening food, consider having one of these. You don't even have to compromise on the cutting of the cake ceremony as we can decorate and display the stacked cheeses earlier in the day (a small fee is requested to cover décor costs), take it away and transform it to a mouth-watering feast of cheeses and accompaniments for the evening buffet. It never fails to delight and satisfy.

A mix of Hot and Cold Tapas created for individuals to enjoy as finger food. Their charming appearance, diminutive size and flexibility for various serving styles make them ideal for a mixed starter selection or for serving buffet-style for relaxed Party Food and Wedding Evening Food. Some of these are from our Street Food menu created for local Food Festivals, served in Bamboo Boats. Choices include:

Authentic Stonebaked Pizza with Spanish twist. Pizza can be served as platters of slices or individual 9 inch rounds. We will be spending 2018 testing recipes and have so far come up with some ideas listed below. If you have any more I'd love to hear them!
