Pizza

The flavours of Spain make for delicious pizza toppings. We prove the dough in our mobile kitchen until we are ready to top, stone-bake and serve up the pizzas fresh and hot onsite, in a street food stand or flying buffet style. In addition to the basic Margherita, we recommend having three other varieties available and keeping the pairings simple. Some suggestions are below.
