SATURDAY GTRB WEEKENDER Paella – Vegetable

Our delicious family-recipe paella, always freshly-cooked in the traditional way, kept safe and warm and served up to our customers within two hours.

A medley of home-grown and mediterranean vegetables are lightly sautéd with our signature sofrito and simmered with rice and vegetable stock.

Typically we use mushrooms, carrots, chickpeas, olives, and green beans and peas.
