Mother’s Day Tapas – Cheese & Tapenade Flatbread

We prepare our own flatbread doughs and fill with mozzarella cheese and our delicious tapenade made with mixed fresh herbs, kalamata olives, lemon and garlic. Freshly cooked to order on the plancha, this tapas starter/side can be consumed warm or cold.
