We plan how much of each of our paellas to cook each Wednesday.  Get your Fresh Paella Thursday order in before then and you can guarantee availability of your favourite type.

Missed the Wednesday pre-order deadline? Don’t worry, we add a few additional portions for this purpose.  Simply check stock of what we have available and order which one you fancy from what’s left.  You can do this right up to about 4pm each Thursday which is when we start cooking.

Once you have chosen what to eat, you can decide how you want to get it. You can collect from our Unit between 6pm and 7.30pm. We’ll be in contact to confirm a time when we process your order. Other collection points are shown as 10 minute slots at various locations around Ringwood where Baldy can meet you with your portions.

We currently allow our customers to purchase by cash or card on collection, but you do have the more convenient option to pay online when you make your pre-order.
