FPT Paella – Chicken & Chorizo

Our delicious family-recipe paella, always freshly-cooked at our unit in the traditional way, packed into generous portions taken straight from the pan, kept safe and warm and served up to our customers within two hours.

A portion of our classic Spanish rice dish which we also know as Paella de Carne. Fresh diced chicken is seared and chorizo is lightly sautéed with our signature saffron infused sofrito and simmered with rice and chicken stock. We use chicken thigh meat and semi-cured chorizo picante imported from Rioja.
