Sat 11th and Sun 12th December – Idelica in the Artisan Food Centre at the Dorset Smokery
The Dorset Smokery (opposite the entrance to Hurn Airport) is holding a weekend of Special Christmas open days for browsing, tasting, mulled wine and banter to promote The Artisan Food Centre created by speciality food veteran Todd Sadler. I am thrilled to have been invited to display a selection of my Spanish imports and gift food items as part of the showroom.
