It was great to get out into the fresh air of Poole Quay and pitch up in the lovely courtyard garden of the Hotel du Vin. As you can see I now have a pretty awesome range of oils and vinegars which greeted visitors with as they walked in, and just round the corner I made a proud display of my new range of paella ingredients and equipment. Great comments, good sales and a massive boost in confidence for the Spring season.

Over the next couple of weeks I’ll be posting my new products to the website and letting you know about upcoming news and events over the Summer – so much to tell, so little time (especially during the school holidays)!
