Why on Earth didn’t we think of this before?

To our close friends and family it has been inevitable that I would someday join forces with my Dad, the formidable Miguel Lopez of Don Miguel Restaurant and various other Spanish catering adventures in Bournemouth over the years. Finally it’s happening; on Sunday 12th June at Kingston Maurward Country Fair, 10am-4pm. Idelica’s Spanish deli stand, newly stocked with paella ingredients and pans as well as the usual fine condiments and tapas, will be held alongside our first catering stand, demonstrating the making of a great paella and serving portions from several gigantic paellas cooked from scratch throughout the day, alongside sizzling chorizo tapas and chilled sangria.

Our second stand follows two weeks later at the famous Bovington Tankfest, where thousands of people are expected for world’s leading wartime memorabilia annual event. Hereon in, Idelica will be popping up at various food festivals and events locally in fine deli or catering form, and where we can we will do both.
