Two quick, simple, sweet and suprising ways to have a delicious, light yet fulfilling breakfast – so important when you are trying to cope with a January. Whenever possible I try to use natural ingredients in their raw state to give oodles of energising goodness for the day ahead.
1. Dollop a portion of natural yoghurt in a bowl and drizzle with fine extra virgin olive oil, honey and a sprinkling of walnuts.
2. Make some wholemeal toast and drizzle with fine extra virgin olive oil and then spread with honey.
