This elegant, pocket-sized treat for condiment connoisseurs is made by Bodegas Rubio, the creators of the prestious 60 year reseve Spanish brandy Luis Felipe. It is a 50ml bottle of balsamic vinegar that is gently sweet, intensely dark, smooth, rich and perfectly balanced at 6° Acidity. It comes with an attachable spray dispenser and is cased in an elegant gift canister.

This vinegar is obtained in the traditional way from select Conado de Huelva wines, Pedro Ximenez wine and cooked grape must. The long ageing process in American Oak casks make for its characteristics: a dark mahogany colour, a smooth, nuance-rich palate and complex variety of aromas.

Balsamic vinegar has numerous dressing, drizzing and culinary enhancement qualities. This one in particular is a great hand-bag condiment for ladies who cannot bear being served a salad in a restaurant that lacks a decent dressing, and the spray dispenser makes it convenient, precise and long-lasting in usage.
