This short-grain, highly absorbant round rice is the most common type of rice in Spain. Made from a selection of Valencian varieties it has the characteristic of absorbing the flavours of the stock in which it is cooked, making it the ideal rice for paella. Available in 500g, 1kg and 5kg bags.
Grains for this rice are selected from the botonical varieties of Valencia in order to offer the best grain from which to enjoy all types of rice dishes.
